Here’s our process…

1. Layout Concepts

We create a layout concept that reflects your brief. If it’s a catalogue or a large multi-page document, we will design key spreads that give a feeling for the rest of the document. If it’s something smaller, then we produce the whole thing as a first layout. We send this to you for your approval before refining and finishing it.

2. Feedback and Amendments

Once you provide your feedback the work is adapted and returned for fresh comment. This proofing process is repeated until you’re satisfied. To make sure the end-product is perfect we like you to check all details and make sure you’re happy with all elements as they appear. producing a print-ready file is our responsibility, but having the details right is something we need you to be 100% sure about.

3. Finalisation of Artwork

When you’re happy with the layout, a final proof in PDF is sent to you along with a Proofing Document for your sign-off and authority for production. We don’t send to production until we know you’re happy with it. After sign off, we’ll set up the file for printing and send it to production.

4. Third Party Print Management

We can manage your whole project from concept to delivery of a printed product. Or, if you prefer, you may choose your own printer because we will always provide a print-ready document for you to send to whomever you wish.
